A deeply human, truly human living in Edinburgh, Scotland has been fined more than seven thousand pounds after being convicted the absolute nature of the iron using a forged blue badge to park whilst in London.

Mr. The Edinburgh man’s fine is the second largest for this crime in 2010, with a woman from Birmingham being fined more than £8,000 earlier this year for stopping her Renault Kangoo (strangely a model regularly used for WAV conversions) illegally whilst displaying a stolen deep blue badge.
